About LifeViora
Numbers you can trust, tools you can actually use
LifeViora was built on a simple idea: the formulas doctors, dietitians and sports scientists use every day shouldn't be locked away in textbooks or buried behind clunky, ad-choked apps. We take well-established, evidence-based calculations, like the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for metabolism, Naegele's rule for pregnancy dating, and the U.S. Navy method for body fat, and turn them into calculators anyone can use in under a minute, on any device.
What we believe
We believe health information should be free, fast and honest about its own limits. None of our calculators are a substitute for professional medical advice, and we say so clearly on every page. What we can offer is a reliable starting point: the same maths a clinician might reach for, presented clearly, with context on what the number means and where it comes from.
How we build our calculators
Every calculator on LifeViora is based on formulas published in peer-reviewed research or used in established clinical and fitness practice. We link the reasoning behind each formula directly on its calculator page, rather than hiding the method behind a black box. Calculations run entirely in your browser using plain JavaScript, nothing you enter is sent to a server or stored by us.
Why LifeViora is free
LifeViora is supported by advertising, which lets us keep every calculator completely free with no sign-up, subscription or paywall. We keep our ad placements clearly separated from our tools and content so they never get in the way of the numbers you came here for.
Accuracy first
Every formula is sourced from established medical or sports-science references.
Privacy by default
Your inputs stay in your browser. We don't collect or store personal health data.
Built to be fast
No bloated frameworks, just lightweight HTML, CSS and JavaScript that loads quickly everywhere.
